Terms

By ordering from RichSoul Bowls you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices include the bowl's base and sauce; Massachusetts meals tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. Ready times are estimates.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by independent DoorDash drivers. Delivery fees and driver tips are shown before you pay; 100% of the tip goes to the driver.

Problems with an order

If something's wrong, tell us the same day through the help desk or at hello@richsoulbowls.com and we'll make it right.

Rewards and codes

Promo and reward codes are single-use, have no cash value and apply to online orders only. We may change or end the rewards programme with notice.

Merch

Merch is printed to order and shipped by our print partner. Because each item is made for you, we replace misprints or damaged items but can't accept returns for size changes.
